Composition:
- Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol), microcrystalline cellulose, iron fumarate. Product suitable for vegans. The product contains no preservatives, gluten, lactose, or soy.
Dosage:
- Dietary supplement in capsule form containing: 1 capsule: vitamin C - 180 mg (225% NRV*), vitamin E - 50 mg (417% NRV*), iron - 10 mg (71% NRV*), 2 capsules: vitamin C - 360 mg (450% NRV*), vitamin E - 100 mg (833% NRV*), iron - 20 mg (142% NRV*). *Reference income value.
- Recommended daily dosage for adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day. Take before meals.
- Recommended daily dosage for children: should be determined by a doctor depending on the child's age.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
