Withdrawal from the Contract and Return of Goods

We highly value your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to proceed?

• Download the Withdrawal Form (PDF) and fill it out with your purchase details.
• The form must be printed and enclosed in the package when returning the goods.
• Please send the goods back undamaged, ideally in their original packaging, together with the completed withdrawal form (and, if possible, a copy of the invoice or the order number) to the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the refund will be processed no later than within 14 days, usually to the same account used for the original payment.
