Skip-Bo is a fast-paced card game in which not only luck matters, but also proper timing and card management. The goal of each player is to be the first to get rid of all the cards from their stockpile. The path to victory leads through creating number sequences from 1 to 12.
During the game, players gradually play cards into shared rows and try to reach the cards from their stockpile deck as quickly as possible. At the same time, it is necessary to think several moves ahead and make good use of your own discard piles.
Special Skip-Bo cards play an important role. They act as jokers and can replace the number you currently need to continue the sequence. A correctly played card can thus open the way to several subsequent moves, while poor timing can give the opponent an advantage.
The rules are quick to understand, but the game itself offers enough room for tactics and can play out differently every time. Skip-Bo is therefore suitable for family game nights, playing with friends, and as a travel game.
One package contains 168 cards and the game rules. 2 to 6 players aged 7 and up can play, so children and adults can meet at the same table.
