Tickets, please!: Around the World – Family Game with a World Map
Board the train: Around the World is a new version of the iconic board game series that takes players around the globe, connecting railway and maritime routes. The game offers a double-sided map that allows you to travel around the world or sail the Great Lakes of North America, bringing new mechanics and challenges that will surprise even experienced players.
Game Setup:
- At the beginning of the game, each player receives a set of ticket cards. Tickets for the entire journeys they wish to undertake, i.e., the cities that need to be connected.Game: on their turn, a player can perform one of the following actions:
- Drawing train or ship cards – a player can draw cards from the deck to obtain colored train cards (rail connections) or ship cards (sea connections).Ticket Implementation:
- Tickets are complete, showing the departure city and the destination city. Players must connect cities with an uninterrupted railway, maritime, or mixed route, depending on what the ticket cards show.Scoring:
- Players earn points by completing tickets and also by building ports.End of the game:
- The game ends when one of the players connects all their tickets or when there are no more cards to draw.- New mechanics: the addition of naval connections and ports brings new challenges and opportunities, even for veterans of the series.
- Intuitive rules: the game maintains simple rules, making it easy to learn and perfect for a family setting.
- Double-sided map: two maps in one game mean two different challenges – a journey around the world or a journey across the Great Lakes of North America.
- Diverse tickets: thanks to new types of tickets, the game becomes more interesting and dynamic. The possibility of creating routes that include more than two cities makes each game different.

- 165 colored train cars (33 each in blue, red, green, yellow, and black)
- 250 colored ships (50 in each color)
- 140 transportation cards (80 train car cards and 60 ship cards)
- 120 ticket cards (65 for the World map, 55 for the Great Lakes)
- 15 harbors (3 in each color)
- 5 scoring tokens
