Do you dream of your own beautifully furnished home? In the game "Domek", you take on the role of an architect and interior decorator. Your task is to create a unique, functional, and aesthetic house that will captivate with both its appearance and thoughtfully arranged rooms.

During 12 rounds, you will select room and accessory cards to place on your house board – a multi-story building with a garage and attic. You have many important decisions ahead: do you prefer a luxurious bedroom, a spacious living room with a piano, or perhaps two connected children's rooms? Limited space and card randomness ensure that each game will be different!

Game Rules – How to Play "Domek"?

Objective of the game:

Create the best designed and equipped house by earning points for:
- functionality and layout of rooms
- completeness and quality of the roof
- furnishings and accessories
- aesthetics and coherence of the project

Game Progress:

Setup:
- Each player receives a house board.
- On the table, rows of cards are arranged: rooms and special cards (tools, roofs, equipment, etc.).).).

Card selection:
- Players, in the order determined by the first player marker (in the shape of a mini house!), select 1 pair of cards (top and bottom part of the column).
- One card is for the room we are assembling in our house, the other is for the roof or a special accessory (helper, tool, equipment).

Building a house:
- Room cards must be placed in accordance with the building rules (e.g. You cannot have a room "in the air," there must be another one underneath it.
- Some rooms can be combined into larger ones, which brings additional points.
- Add-ons allow you to enhance the house, change its layout, or earn bonus points.

Roof Collection:

During the game, players collect roof cards (hidden from others). A set of 4 cards of the same suit gives additional points.

End of the game:
- After 12 rounds, all players have filled their houses.
- Points are calculated for: rooms, roof, equipment, facilities, and aesthetics.
- The player with the highest score becomes the master of house design!
