Essential Oil from Ravintsara Tree Leaves Bio extracted from the leaves of the Ravintsara tree, also known as the "tree with good leaves". This is a very potent antiviral agent, whose effectiveness has been confirmed by scientific studies against influenza, mononucleosis, herpes, and shingles, but it also has anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and neurotonic properties.

Ravintsara essential oil is useful in all situations of viral attacks, such as flu, bronchitis, nasopharyngitis, sinusitis, colds, but also in combating insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, and nervous exhaustion. Studies conducted a few years ago showed that Ravintsara essential oil is one of the most potent known natural antiviral agents.

It can be used externally for massaging the chest, feet, and spine. For inhalation, dissolve 5 drops in warm water. For rinsing 2 or 3 times a day, 4 drops per glass of water. Dilute with water and apply locally on the skin in case of viral infections.

Usage:
Diffusion: use in an essential oil diffuser, add 3 – 4 drops per 100 ml of water in an ultrasonic diffuser.
Inhalation: add 5 – 10 drops to a personal essential oil inhaler and inhale as needed.
How to prepare steam inhalation for a child's cold?
1. Pour hot water into a flat pot.
2. Add a few drops of essential oil to the water (the oil must be 100% natural!).)
3. Sit the child on your lap, place a pot under their nose, and be careful not to let the steam scald the child.
If we are performing inhalation with an older child, it is worth using a towel to cover the head to limit the escape of steam.
We perform inhalation for several minutes, ensuring that the child tries to breathe only through the nose during this time.
Inhalation can be done by pouring a few drops of oil directly into the bath.
