Rules of the game:
Once the balloon is constructed and inflated, roll the die and turn the stick as many times as the number of dots on the die. Be careful! Too many twists and turns and it gets bloated. The Boom Boom balloon is designed for 2 or more players aged 8+ and does not require batteries.
